DATA ANALYSTS

A Data Analyst examines company data in order to identify weaknesses or highlight strengths.  This is an entry to mid-level position usually appointed to people with 1 to 5 years experience.  Candidates will have strong analytical and quantitative skills. 

Employees at smaller companies will often have different job titles than employees at larger ones.. Here is an example of a common list of job functions a data analyst performs:
